We have 3 warranty types depending on your heater type. Our “in-home” warranty covers service on-site, while our ‘over the counter” warranty cover product returned to the place of purchase.

2. Warranty Form included with the heater when purchased.

Warranties cover:

• The original purchaser of the product.
• 10 Year in-home warranty covers product purchasers from 1 May 2010.
• Any defect in workmanship or material resulting in the product malfunctioning while under correct use.
• In-home warranties cover repair or replacement. All repair work must be carried out by an authorised service agent.
• Warranties are valid for the specified period from date of purchase.
