Overview
BME and TME ActiveCore refrigeration units manufactured prior to March 2016 should be inspected for wire loom damage in the unit electrics box, caused by the unit electrics box cover. Follow the procedure/s in this bulletin to complete the inspection.
If no damage is found, a cable tie must be fitted to ensure clearance of wire looms from the unit electrics box
cover.
If damage is found, the damaged part of the loom must be repaired. All parts required for loom repair
(including instructions PRN11145) are available in a kit supplied by SKOPE (see over page).
Cabinets Affected
BME and TME ActiveCore cabinets manufactured prior to March 2016 should be inspected. See the table below for specific model numbers.
The model number and manufacturing date can be found on the cabinet rating label (on the cabinet interior
ceiling). The manufacturing date is included in the serial number. The first 2 numbers of the serial number
show the year of manufacture (16 = 2016), and second 2 numbers show the month of manufacture (02 =
February).
