Le Meridien Hotel, Melbourne

Situated in the heart of the city, the Le Meridian stands as an emblem of sophistication and luxury. As a distinguished 5-star hotel affiliated with Marriott Bonvoy, it boasts a rich history dating back to the 1850s. One of its most striking features is the meticulously preserved Art Deco facade, characterized by red brick accents and exquisite stained-glass elements. With twelve floors of opulence, the hotel offers 235 meticulously designed guestrooms and suites, a captivating café and bar on the ground floor, an exceptional restaurant, a rooftop pool deck, and a dedicated floor for meetings and events, promising an unparalleled experience for its esteemed guests.

Le Meridien Hotel tapped into the combined experience of commercial kitchen designer, Caterlink, and the highly skilled and exceptional workmanship of builders at L.U Simon Builders. Hospitality Consultant, MTD, alongside Steve Robson and Sarah Monaghan from Caterlink, together with SKOPE Refrigeration were instrumental in the success of this project.

SKOPE Refrigeration products were used throughout this project to ensure optimal functionality with a touch of elegance. 

SKOPE's OpenDeck, BackBar SlimLine and Pegasus were the chosen ranges for this project.
