Please ensure you have the cabinet serial number and model type details located at the inside top of your cabinet. You will also need to detail the site address, contact name, phone number, purchase date and fault description when you call our Customer Services team.
Once we have received this information we can then confirm that the repair to the cabinet is covered under Warranty and dispatch of an authorized service agent will be arranged.

No warranty claim will be accepted unless authorized by SKOPE prior to commencement of the service.
